Grades 6-12 meet every Sunday for Bible study with Pastor David, food, fun, crafts, and games.

All ages are invited for fun learning how to line dace. Class is for beginners and experienced dancers. Wear comfortable clothes and join us!

Costume Fashion Show

The Luminary children will be modeling the many costumes created by Linda Dameron that are used during the Bible stories taught in Children's Worship. Silvia Mende creates scripts for the Bible stories that the children study and then act out; a perfect way for children to learn by doing.

Children & Youth Summer Picnic

We are thrilled to host a special picnic lunch for the children and youth, followed by a short Bible study with the younger children, and then games. Bring your swimsuit and take a ride on the inflatable water slide!
Children will receive a raffle ticket for every friend they bring along. Together, they'll have the chance to win a prize.

Ladies of Luminary Trip

Join us for a great day of fellowship and fun! The LOL will travel to the Holston Home for Children in Greeneville, TN for a tour of the facility and lunch ($5). Contact the church office at (865) 376-7040 to sign up; group size is limited to 20.

Join us for an unforgettable morning of music and storytelling with renowned singer, songwriter, and storyteller Daryl Mosley. We will have one combined worship service at 10:30 a.m. for his performance. A love offering will be collected.

"SOULED OUT" Youth Retreat is a Wrap and Jesus is Written on Our Hearts
The Luminary Youth had a blessed and God-moving retreat under the guidance of Pastor David and Ms. Denise. Surrounded by kids their own age and God, they were phenomenal examples of their community. Their journey brought them closer to one another and to their Savior, Jesus Christ. The youth enjoyed their accommodations, the soul-stirring music, and celebrated when three of the youth took life-changing steps to get even closer to Jesus.
Thank you for the congregation's generosity, and a special shout out to Marcia and Brian for being rock solid chaperones. The Youth are blessed in so many ways!
